Hey everyone! I'm Mike Skaggs, co-founder of Postpartum Together and the dad behind The SteadyDad System here in central Ohio.

My wife Chelsea works with new moms. I work with their partners. (Individually or as a couple)

I started doing this because I kept watching the same thing happen: families would get incredible mom-centric support from their providers (doulas, LCs, therapists) and then dad would go home, get overwhelmed, and become frustrated or check out. Not because he didn't care. Because nobody had ever taught him what to do or how to really help with real-life challenges new parents face. I built the SteadyDad System (evidence backed) to train dads for one of the biggest challenges of their lives.

I'm probably a bit of an oddity in this community... a dad-focused practitioner in a space that's (rightfully) built around moms AND the families you already support get better outcomes when dad has a place to grow too. Happy to be here. Looking forward to learning from all of you.
